  • Step 3: Assessment of the present organisation – where are we today?
  • Step 4: Defining the target organisation – where do we want to be?
  • Step 5: Proposal for broad agenda for change – what do we need to change?
  • Step 6: Implementing the agenda for change – making it happen
  • Step 7: Ratification and stabilisation – sustaining momentum
